MRS OMOTOLANI BABATUNDE

More than a supporter of the Foundation, she represents part of the sacrifice, encouragement and steadfast support that helped turn the vision of Ignite Youth Network Foundation from an idea into reality.

As one of the strongest pillars of support for this vision, Mrs Babatunde has consistently encouraged, strengthened and stood behind the journey that eventually gave birth to the Foundation.

A healthcare professional based in Baltimore, USA, she brings a heart for service, compassion and commitment to people.

Her place within Ignite Youth Network Foundation is therefore both symbolic and deeply significant. She represents the people who stand behind a vision before the world can see it, helping to create the pathway through which purpose can become impact.

She is not simply part of the story of Ignite Youth Network Foundation; she is the gateways through which the vision became possible.

MRS ADEBAYO ONIKEPO

Mrs Adebayo Onikepo serves as the Honorary Founding Patroness of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. Visionary leader and Founder of Good Mother Initiative, she brings a wealth of experience, discipline, compassion and guidance to the Foundation.

A respected mentor to the Founder, she has played an important role in shaping her values, resilience and sense of purpose. Known for her strong principles and disciplined approach to life, Mrs Onikepo represents the kind of leadership that challenges others to grow, remain accountable and pursue excellence.

Her presence within Ignite Youth Network Foundation reflects the importance of wisdom, mentorship and principled leadership in raising and empowering the next generation.

COUNSELLOR & ADVISOR

MISS TINUOLA AYANNIYI

Miss Tinuola Ayanniyi is an educator, entrepreneur, author, creative artist, trainer and youth empowerment advocate with extensive experience in communication, leadership, mentoring and skills development. A graduate of the University of Ibadan, she holds a degree in Adult Education with Communication and Language Arts and a Master’s degree in Managerial Psychology.

Following nearly three decades in journalism, where she rose to a management position at African Newspapers of Nigeria Plc, she transitioned into entrepreneurship, education and the creative industry. She is the Chief Creative Officer of Comely Hands Creations and leads Ibadan Jewellery School and Origami Nigeria.

Passionate about helping young people transform creativity and practical skills into sustainable livelihoods, she brings to Ignite Youth Network Foundation a wealth of experience in entrepreneurship, mentoring, programme development, communication and youth empowerment. Her vision is to see young people become confident, skilled, financially empowered and equipped to create opportunities for themselves and others.

FOUNDING VICE CHAIRPERSON

MRS ADEWUNMI ALHASSAN

Mrs Adewunmi Alhassan serves as the Founding Vice Chairperson of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. She supports the strategic leadership and development of the Foundation, working alongside the Vision Head and leadership team to strengthen governance, collaboration and the delivery of our mission.

Her commitment to purposeful leadership contributes to our vision of creating opportunities for young people to discover their potential and build meaningful futures.

MISS OLUWATOMISIN IDOWU

Miss Oluwatomisin Idowu serves as the Founding Board Secretary of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. She plays a key role in supporting the governance and administration of the Foundation, helping to maintain important records, coordinate Board documentation and strengthen communication within the leadership team.

Her commitment to organisation, accountability and effective coordination contributes to the strong structure needed for the Foundation to grow sustainably and deliver its mission to young people.

MRS OLUWASEUN SOLAJA

Mrs Oluwaseun Solaja serves as the Founding Treasurer of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. She supports the financial governance and accountability of the Foundation, helping to promote responsible stewardship, transparency and sound financial management.

Her role contributes to ensuring that the Foundation’s resources are carefully managed in line with its mission, programmes and long-term goals. Her commitment to integrity and responsible leadership supports the sustainable growth and credibility of Ignite Youth Network Foundation.

FOUNDING TRUSTEE

MISS ENIOLA BABATUNDE

Miss Eniola Babatunde serves as a Founding Trustee of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. As part of the Foundation’s governing team, she contributes to strategic discussions, organisational development and key decisions that support the growth and direction of the organisation.

She shares the Foundation’s commitment to empowering young people, strengthening opportunities for personal development and helping to build a supportive community where young people can discover their potential, develop confidence and create meaningful impact.

A young creative, writer, communicator and youth development advocate passionate about helping young people discover their voices, develop practical skills and grow in confidence and purpose. Through creativity, storytelling and youth-focused communication, she contributes to Ignite's mission of equipping young people to become purposeful and impactful leaders.

Miss Praise Kikizagbe serves as Co-Creative Director of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. She works alongside the creative team to support the Foundation’s visual storytelling, content development and presentation across its programmes and digital platforms.

Her role contributes to ensuring that the Foundation communicates its message in a fresh, engaging and youth-focused way.

Mr Enoch Babatunde serves as the Creative Director of Ignite Youth Network Foundation. He supports the visual identity, creative direction and presentation of the Foundation, helping to ensure that its message, programmes and initiatives are communicated in a clear, engaging and impactful way.

Through creativity, innovation and thoughtful presentation, he contributes to shaping how the Foundation connects with young people and the wider community, helping to bring the vision of Ignite Youth Network Foundation to life across its platforms and activities.

The Story Behind the Vision

Ignite Youth Network grew from a deeply personal conviction: that a young person’s beginning should never determine their destination. Having experienced a journey shaped by resilience, hard work and the determination to create opportunities beyond circumstance, Abosede Omorinsola Akinfenwa understands the power of believing that more is possible. That belief became a vision to create a community where young people are supported to discover who they are, recognise their potential and develop the confidence to turn that potential into meaningful action.
